Gènere, llengua i inclusivitat: una aposta pel llenguatge inclusiu

[cat] L’objectiu del llenguatge inclusiu és tractar amb justícia discursiva a les dones, un col·lectiu que ha romàs silenciat i invisibilitzat en el si d’una societat històricament patriarcal i ginope. Cada vegada són més les institucions i persones que defensen el seu ús, així com les que el rebutgen pel seu caràcter inherentment polític. En aquest treball analitzam la importància del llenguatge com a creador de realitats i la construcció del gènere des de la perspectiva filosòfica per justificar l’ús del llenguatge inclusiu. També analitzam la documentació oficial d’un institut per avaluar el seu ús i proposar, a partir dels resultats (que demostren encara una absència del llenguatge inclusiu), mesures de formació i sensibilització concretes per introduir una mirada igualitària, amb la finalitat d’aconseguir una coeducació real. Finalment, sotmetem a crítica el currículum oficial d’Història de la Filosofia, en el qual no trobam ni tan sols una dona, per proposar una llista d’autores que podem incorporar a les nostres lliçons. El que el nostre anàlisi palesa és que encara queda molta feina per fer fins a assolir la igualtat de dones i homes tant a nivell social com educatiu i que si bé la igualtat no s’aconsegueix únicament a través del llenguatge, tampoc sense aquest.

[eng] The purpose of the inclusive language is to treat women with discursive justice. Women represent a collective that has been silenced and invisibilized within a historically patriarchal and gynope society. More and more people and institutions are defending its use, as well as those who reject it because of its inherently political character. In this paper we analyze the importance of language as a creator of realities and the gender’s construction from a philosophical perspective so as to justify the use of inclusive language. We also analyze the official documentation of a secondary school so as to evaluate its use and propose, based on the results (which show a clear absence of inclusive language), specific training and awareness-raising measures to introduce an egalitarian perspective, in order to achieve real coeducation. Finally, we critique the official curriculum for the subject Història de la Filosofia, in which we cannot find any women, to propose a list of women authors that we can incorporate into our lessons. What out analysis shows is that there is still a lot of work to be done both socially and educationally in order to achieve equality for women and men, and that while equality is not achieved only through language, neither can we achieve it before changing the ways we speak.
