Plan de viabilidad de la empresa y operaciones societarias

[spa] En este Trabajo de Fin de Grado voy a demostrar la viabilidad de un negocio, consistente en una app móvil y una página web, enfocada a la tercera edad. Para este proyecto tomo como fundamento una realidad a la que pretendo dar solución: la falta de recursos y capacidad de las personas mayores para satisfacer sus necesidades. El propósito de este TFG es realizar un estudio y un análisis de las diferentes variables jurídicas y económicas que afectan a la idea; y desarrollar un documento donde se muestra la viabilidad comercial, financiera y económica de este proyecto. (Centro Desarrollo Tecnológico Empresarial, 2008) Analizaré el sector que envuelve el mundo digital, así como la forma jurídica que deberá revestir, los requisitos de constitución y creación de la sociedad y el estudio de la viabilidad mediante el plan de viabilidad, este estudio me permitirá conocer si la idea de negocio que tengo en mente es económica y comercialmente posible.

[eng] In this Final Degree Project I am going to demonstrate the viability of a business, consisting of a mobile app and a web page, focused on the elderly. In my study, I take as a foundation the reality which I intend to solve: the lack of resources and capabilities of the elderly to satisfy their needs. The objective of this task is to analyze and study the different legal and economic variables which affect the proposal; and develop a document showing the commercial, financial and economic viability of this project. I will analyze the sector surrounding the digital world, as well as the legal form that it must take, the requirements of constitution and creation of the company and the feasibility study through the viability plan. Viability plan should be understood as the document that will reflect the content of the business project that I will establish, a study that will allow me to confirm if the business idea I have in mind is economically and commercially possible.
