Proposta urbanística, arquitectònica, constructiva i estructural d'una nau industrial a Palma de Mallorca

Abstract

[cat] Al projecte present es durà a terme una proposta urbanística, arquitectònica, constructiva i estructural d’una nau industrial destinada a la mobilitat sostenible situada al Polígon industrial de Son Castelló, Palma de Mallorca. Es començarà pel disseny de la nau, fent un estudi detallat de l’entorn de la parcel·la per garantir que sigui el més òptim possible per el seu entorn. Posteriorment, es detallaran tots els aspectes constructius de la nau realitzant una proposta constructiva. Analitzant les diferents plantes de l’edifici, es realitzarà una proposta estructural, que, en primer lloc, es durà a terme un predimensionament de l’estructura, en segon lloc, s’introduirà l’estructura predimensionada al programa CYPECAD on s’obtindran els armats per a cada un dels elements estructurals de l’edifici complint amb la normativa especificada. Finalment, es comprovarà si els resultats obtinguts són correctes mitjançant el programa WinEva i una comprovació manual posant en pràctica tot el que s’ha après durant la realització del Màster d’Enginyeria Industrial a les assignatures del bloc d’estructures.

[eng] An urban, architectural, constructive and structural proposal of an industrial building for sustainable mobility located in the industrial estate of Son Castelló, Palma de Mallorca, will be carried out in the following paper. There will be a design of the industrial unit, making a detailed study of the environment of the area so that the design of the ship is as optimal as possible for its environment. Subsequently, all the constructive aspects of the ship will be displayed building a constructive proposal. Analysing the different floors of the building, a structural proposal will be made in which, firstly, a pre-dimensioning of the structure will be carried out; secondly, the pre-dimensioning of the structure will be introduced in the CYPECAD program so as to obtain the reinforcements for each of the structural elements of the building complying with the specified regulations; and, finally, the results obtained will be checked using the WinEva program as well as a manual verification according to what has been learnt throughout the completion of the Master of Industrial Engineering in the subjects regarding block structures.
