Proposta d’intervenció per promoure l’autoestima en dones víctimes de violència de gènere

[cat] La violència de gènere és un problema social i de salut pública que afecta milers de dones en el món; el fet de patir violència en el marc de la parella o exparella, encara sense convivència, genera en les víctimes conseqüències psicològiques molt importants que fan que el seu dia a dia sigui més difícil. Per això, l’objectiu del present treball és crear un programa grupal per a promoure l’autoestima en les dones víctimes de violència de gènere mitjançant la realització d’un taller psicoeducatiu. La població diana directa del present programa d’intervenció, tal com s’ha comentat anteriorment, són dones víctimes de violència de gènere. Per a això, s’establirà contacte amb l’Oficina de la Dona d’Eivissa, centre a través del qual es reclutaran a les participants que resideixen a l’illa. Aquest programa es realitzarà de manera grupal (amb un grup de 10 dones), i es troba estructurat en 10 sessions, de 90 minuts i amb periodicitat setmanal amb l’objectiu de modificar els pensaments i creences que perpetuen la baixa autoestima a conseqüència de la relació de violència, dotar a aquestes dones d’eines per enfortir la seva autoestima per finalment millorar el seu benestar. Cal assenyalar que es realitzaran avaluacions pretractament, posttractament i de seguiment (sis mesos després). S’espera plantejar una proposta que superi les limitacions dels estudis existents relacionats amb la temàtica i que contribueixi al fet que les dones víctimes recuperin el control de les seves vides.

[eng] Gender-based violence is a social and public health problem that affects thousands of women around the world; the act of suffering violence from a partner o ex-partner, even without cohabitation, generates very important psychological consequences in the victims that make their day to day more difficult. Therefore, the aim of this study is to create a group program to promote self-esteem in women victims of gender violence by conducting a psychoeducational workshop. The direct target population of this intervention program, as discussed above, are women victims of gender-based violence. To do this, contact will be made with the Oficina de la Dona d’Eivissa, thought which participants who reside in the municipality will be recruited. This program will be carried out in groups (with a group of 10 women) and is structured in 10 sessions of 90 minutes and weekly with the aim of modifying thought and beliefs that perpetuate low self-esteem as a result of relationship of violence, provide these women with tools to strengthen their self-esteem to finally improve their well-being. It should be noted that pre-treatment, post-treatment and follow-up evaluations will be performed (at six months). It is hoped that a proposal will be put forward that overcomes the limitations of existing studies related to the subject and that contributes to the victims regaining control of their lives.
