Identificación y análisis de las oportunidades de financiamiento para las empresas del sector agroalimentario en Baleares

[spa] El sector agroalimentario en Baleares en 2020, a diferencia de la mayoría de comunidades autónomas de España, ha sufrió un descenso de la producción agrícola. Existe un gran desconocimiento de los alimentos de calidad de las Islas Baleares esto contribuye a un receso en el desarrollo de este sector. Por ello surge la necesidad de cooperación entre agentes del sector. El Clúster Biotecnológico y Biomédico de las Islas Baleares forma parte del consorcio que implementa el proyecto Red de alimentos de calidad de la Eurorregión Pirineos Mediterránea que tiene como objetivo principal reforzar el ecosistema innovador del sector agroalimentario a nivel eurorregional. Una de las fases del proyecto es la realización de foros regionales donde diferentes empresas e instituciones del sector agroalimentario de alimentos de calidad, realizarán un debate e intercambio de información y se analizarán los diversos retos, tendencias, aspectos a mejorar y problemas del sector. En el presente trabajo se ha identificado el financiamiento como la principal necesidad de las empresas e instituciones del sector agroalimentario en Baleares y se ha realizado una recopilación de las principales convocatorias para realizar proyectos en formato de fichas prácticas. Posteriormente se han analizado y se han propuesto diferentes proyectos para poder ofrecerlos en el foro regional con el objetivo de fomentar la colaboración, la innovación y el desarrollo para impulsar el sector agroalimentario de alimentos de calidad en Baleares.

[eng] The agri-food sector of the Balearic Islands in 2020, unlike most autonomous communities in Spain, has suffered a decline in agricultural production. There is a great lack of knowledge of the quality food of the Balearic Islands, which contributes to a setback in the development of this sector. For this reason, there is a need for cooperation between agents in the sector. The Biotechnological and Biomedical Cluster of the Balearic Islands is part of the consortium that implements the Quality Food Network of the Euroregion Pyrenees-Mediterranean Euroregion project, whose main objective is to strengthen the innovative ecosystem of the agri-food sector at Euroregional level. One of the phases of the project is the realization of regional forums where different companies and institutions of the agri-food quality food sector will debate and exchange information and analyze the various challenges, trends, aspects to be improved and problems of the sector. In this work, financing has been identified as the main need of the companies and institutions of the agri-food sector in the Balearic Islands and a compilation of the main calls for projects has been made in the form of practical sheets. Subsequently, different projects have been analyzed and proposed in order to offer them in the regional forum with the aim of promoting collaboration, innovation and development to boost the agri-food sector of quality food in the Balearic Islands.
