Abstract

[spa] Este trabajo pretende recoger con el máximo detalle posible el proceso de organización previo a la celebración de un gran evento / exposición. Se buscará planificar todos los procesos pre, durante y post la celebración del motorshow. Considerando el tiempo necesario para llevarlo a cabo y el capital que se deberá invertir. Así como especificar las distintas actividades que se celebrarán, cuales se subarrendarán y cuales se harán desde la organización. La elección de este tema parte de la experiencia que tengo en la organización de eventos de coches, de mucha menor escala que el que se presentará a continuación. Pretendiendo así combinar mi pasión con mi carrera universitaria.

[eng] This essay aims to collect in as much detail as possible about the organization process prior to holding a major event / exhibition. It will seek to plan all the processes before, during and after the motorshow celebration. Considering the time necessary to carry it out and the capital that needs to be invested. As well as specifying the different activities that will be held, which ones will be sublet and which ones will be done from the organization. The choice of this theme is based on the experience I have in the car event organization industry, on a much smaller scale than the one that will be presented below. It is by this that I intend to combine my passion for cars with my university degree.
