[spa] La variedad de redes sociales que existe actualmente ha favorecido la posibilidad de que los clientes puedan compartir sus experiencias y opiniones al contratar un servicio o pagar por un producto determinado. Esta interacción entre usuarios se ha convertido en una fase fundamental del proceso de compra, razón por la cual, plataformas de reseñas son tan importantes para el sector turístico. El objetivo de este estudio es el análisis de las valoraciones relacionadas con el alojamiento hotelero por parte de turistas nacionales e internacionales en Mallorca, siendo ésta el origen de la industria turística vacacional balear y siendo los hoteles el alojamiento preferido por los viajeros que visitan la isla. Opiniones de los casos más singulares presentes en TripAdvisor para gama alta, media y baja se emplearán para encaminar el proyecto.

[eng] The variety of social networks that currently exist has greatly simplified the way in which clients can share their experiences and opinions when hiring a service or paying for a particular item. This interaction between users has become a key phase of the purchasing process, which is why review platforms are so important for the travel industry. This study’s goal is to analyse the reviews related to hotel accommodation by national and international tourists in Mallorca, this being the origin of the Balearic holiday tourism industry; moreover, hotels are the preferred type of accommodation for travellers visiting the island. Opinions of the most unique cases present on TripAdvisor for high, medium and low range will be used to guide the project.
