Plan de viabilidad económica de la reforma y aumento de categoría de un agroturismo

[spa] El trabajo que se presentará a continuación tiene la finalidad de simular un proyecto de plan estratégico y de viabilidad económica de la reforma de un agroturismo ubicado en Porreres. Se hará un análisis del mercado a nivel nacional y local para está tipología de viaje. Y se procederá a realizar un plan estratégico a 5 años determinando las características propias del agroturismo, así como las distintas estrategias de venta que seguirá, para valorar si la reforma puede resultar rentable una vez se determinen los gastos e ingresos. Finalmente, el trabajo concluye con el proyecto de viabilidad económica resultando positivo, así como se demuestra con las estimaciones anuales.

[eng] The work that will be presented below aims to simulate a strategic plan and economic feasibility project for the reform of an agritourism located in Porreres. First, a market analysis will be carried out at the national and local level for this type of trip. A 5-year strategic plan will be carried out determining the characteristics of the agrotourism, as well as the different sales strategies that it will follow, to evaluate whether the reform can be profitable once the expenses and income have been determined. Fastly, the work concludes with a project of positive economic viability, as shown by the annual estimates.
