[eng] The research approaches a triple relationship between the tourism diversification,
the Peruvian gastronomy and the promotion. The main goal is to prove the
importance of gastronomy in the Peruvian’s tourism diversification.
Firstly, the research is going to focus on the appreciation of Peruvian’s
gastronomies and cultures. This gastronomy is the way in which the country
represents its diversity, and it has been used to create a new tourism offer.
Secondly, the research showed that the promotion of this new tourism offer
changed the Peru’s image. This last point allowed the entry of new tourists to new
touristic routes, creating a higher quality tourism. Thirdly, the research showed
how this tourism diversification benefits Peruvian economy. Peru found its best
partner in gastronomy. |
