Estudio de viabilidad de un proyecto hotelero VI

Abstract

[spa] Con este proyecto, se pretende analizar la viabilidad y rentabilidad de un nuevo hotel de lujo en Mallorca. Se trata de un hotel enfocado a empresarios o turismo MICE y deportistas de alto rendimiento que vienen a la isla. En primer lugar, analizaremos, dependiendo del target al cual pretendemos enfocar el hotel, donde deberíamos situarlo. Explicar también los diferentes servicios, instalaciones y experiencias que podremos ofrecer. En segundo lugar, para elaborar el estudio de viabilidad, se estudiarán los futuros posibles costes y ventas esperados de cada servicio que tenemos previsto ofrecer en el Hotel Donna, y se expondrán todos en el proyecto. Para acabar, se calcularán los flujos de caja esperados concluyendo en unas conclusiones totales donde se explicará si la rentabilidad es óptima o no.

[eng] The aim of this project is to analyze the viability and profitability of a new luxury hotel in Mallorca. It is a hotel focused on business people or MICE tourism and high performance sports men and women who come to the island. Firstly, we will analyze, depending on the target to which we intend to focus the hotel, where we should place it. We will also explain the different services, facilities and experiences that we will be able to offer. Secondly, in order to prepare the viability study, we will study the possible future costs and expected sales of each service we plan to offer in the Hotel Donna, and all of them will be set out in the project. Finally, the expected cash flows will be calculated, concluding in a total conclusion where it will be explained whether the profitability is optimal or not.
