La conformidad en el sistema procesal penal español y su manifestación en los inocentes

[spa] El presente trabajo corresponde a la asignatura TFG del Grado en Derecho de la Universidad de las Islas Baleares. El objeto del mismo abarca el estudio de la institución de la conformidad del acusado en el procedimiento penal español, a través del análisis de su naturaleza jurídica, requisitos para que pueda ejercitarse, su incidencia y momento procesal dentro de los principales procedimientos en el sistema jurídico-penal español y por último analizaremos el porqué de los casos en que los inocentes recurren a dicha institución.

[eng] This work belongs to the TFG subject of the Degree in Law at the University of the Balearic Islands. The object of the same covers the study of the institution of the defendant's compliance in the Spanish criminal procedure, through the analysis of its legal nature, requirements for it to be exercised, its incidence and procedural moment within the main procedures in the Spanish criminal legal system offense and finally we will analyze the reason for the cases in which the innocent resort to that institution.
