Disseny d'un programa de formació per la millora de l'eficàcia dels equips de treball de l'Administració Pública

Abstract

[cat] La formació individual ha estat present fins avui dia com a única opció dintre del ventall formatiu que ofereix l’Escola Balear de l’Administració als seus treballadors i treballadores. En el Treball de Fi de Màster que es presenta a continuació, es desenvolupa una proposta formativa, en la que l’equip aprengui conjuntament un seguit d’aspectes per a la millora de l’eficàcia dels equips de treball de l’administració pública de les Illes Balears. Per a la seva elaboració s’ha portat a terme una recerca bibliogràfica que ha sigut utilitzada com a marc teòric; i s’han seguit les necessitats manifestades per l’EBAP, tot i observant les acciones que s’imparteixen a les Comunitats Autònomes de la resta d’Espanya. Així doncs, el que vol aquest TFM és presentar a l’EBAP una oferta formativa pel conjunt de l’equip fent que aprenguin conjuntament i no de forma individualitzada, per millorar la seva eficàcia.

[eng] Individual training has been present nowadays as the only option within the training range offered by the Balearic School of Administration to its workers. In the Master's Thesis Degree presented below, a training proposal is developed, in which the team learns together a few of aspects to improve the work teams efficiency of the Balearic Islands public administration. For its elaboration, a bibliographic research has been carried out that has been used as a theoretical framework; and the needs expressed by the EBAP have been followed, considering the actions that are taught in the Autonomous Communities of the rest of Spain. So, what this Master’s Thesis Degree wants is to present at the EBAP a training offer for the whole team, making them learn together and not individually, to improve their effectiveness.
