Competencias profesionales necesarias para un teletrabajo eficaz

[spa] El teletrabajo es una modalidad de trabajo que existe desde hace tiempo, sin embargo durante la pandemia ha cogido auge y han sido muchas las empresas que han optado por esta modalidad de trabajo para poder así mantener su actividad laboral ofreciendo la oportunidad a sus trabajadores de seguir realizando sus tareas laborales en casa. Este cambio en la organización del trabajo ha sido posible gracias a las nuevas tecnologías y a la digitalización de los sistemas de trabajo. Aunque se trate de un cambio positivo para la sociedad y el desarrollo del teletrabajo es cierto que éste se ha implantado en España de manera muy rápida e improvisada, fenómeno que puede ser un factor de riesgo ya que para que sea una modalidad eficaz se deben reorganizar y adaptar tanto sistemas de trabajo como competencias de los profesionales para tener así un desempeño laboral exitoso. Es para ello que en este trabajo final de máster se presentan cuáles son las competencias necesarias para un teletrabajo eficaz, aportando revisión bibliográfica sobre los dos temas centrales: las competencias y el teletrabajo.

[eng] Teleworking is a work modality that has existed for a long time. However, during the COVID-19 it has boomed and there have been many companies that have opted for this work modality in order to maintain their work activity by offering their workers the opportunity to continue doing their work tasks at home. This change in work organization has been possible thanks to new technologies and the digitization of work systems. Although it is a positive change for society and the development of teleworking. It is true that it has been implemented in Spain very quickly and improvised, a phenomenon that can be a risk factor since, in order for it to be an effective modality, it must be reorganized and adapt both work systems and skills of professionals to have a successful job performance. For this reason, this TFM presents what are the necessary competencies for effective teleworking, providing a bibliographic review on the two central themes: competencies and teleworking.
