Abstract

[spa] Este trabajo demuestra la viabilidad del “Kids Inside”, un hotel ambientado en el mundo Disney (que incluye Marvel), principalmente para familias con niños, que además incluye habitaciones ambientadas, visitas a lugares y museos importantes relacionados con esta temática, espectáculos y muchas cosas para el disfrute de sus clientes. Por razones del COVID-19, se han tenido que adaptar medidas para ofrecer la mayor seguridad posible para llamar la atención de la mayor gente posible y poder cubrir los gastos de mantener el negocio hotelero abierto sin muchas pérdidas. Además, se analizarán diferentes variables, respecto al entorno, al segmento objetivo al que nos queremos adaptar y relacionar, la financiación necesaria y otros datos más para poder analizar su viabilidad.

[eng] This assignment proves the viability of “Kids Inside”, a hotel set in Disney World (which includes Marvel), mainly for families with children, that also includes set rooms, visits to important places and museums related to these thematic, spectacles and more things for the enjoyment of its clients. For COVID-19 reasons, measures have had to be adopted to give the best possible security to get the attention of as many people as possible and to be able to cover the costs of keeping the hotel business open without many losses. In addition, there will be analyzed different variables, regarding to the environment, to the target segment to which we want to adapt and relate, the necessary financing and more data to analyze its viability.
