L’ús de l’art com a eina terapèutica en les persones majors

[cat] El present treball exposa la investigació bibliogràfica sobre l’art teràpia en les persones majors. Reflecteix la contextualització del que és considerada una persona major en la societat, seguit de la història i la intervenció de l’ús de l’art com una eina terapèutica en les persones i una recerca sobre els projectes existents a Espanya sobre l’art teràpia. El punt clau del treball, és la investigació de l’art teràpia en les persones majors, coneixent els beneficis i l’ajuda que aporta la seva pràctica a les persones majors, finalitzant en una investigació sobre els projectes d’art teràpia amb persones majors a Espanya.

[eng] The present work reflects the bibliographical research on art therapy in the elderly person. It reflects the contextualisation of who is considered an elderly person in society, followed by the history and intervention of the use of art as a therapeutic tool in people and a research on the existing projects in Spain on art therapy. The key point of the work is the investigation of art therapy in the elderly, knowing the benefits and the help that its practice brings to the elderly, ending with a research on art therapy projects with elderly people in Spain.
