Persones refugiades: canvis entre les polítiques i les pràctiques d’acció de Europa i Espanya des del 2015

Abstract

[cat] Amb el present treball exposaré les autèntiques pràctiques d'intervenció que duen a terme la Unió Europea i Espanya sobre les persones refugiades des de l'any 2015 fins a l'actualitat; perquè el lector disposi d'un coneixement bàsic que l’ajudi a tenir una noció sobre aquest àmbit i obtingui la capacitat de treure les seves pròpies conclusions, sobre la gestió que estan fent les administracions públiques amb els refugiats d’Europa. L'objectiu principal és plasmar les accions que justifiquen el comportament que tenen tant la Unió Europea, com Espanya respecte a les persones refugiades. Després d'una investigació i recopilació d'articles sobre aquesta temàtica, s’aportarà una revisió bibliogràfica que adjunti l'opinió de diferents autors especialitzats en aquesta àrea, de manera que el lector assoleixi una visió crítica de la gestió que es du a terme i totes aquelles propostes que servirien d'eina per millorar l'acció a les persones refugiades, segons el seu criteri.

[eng] With this work I will expose the real intervention practices carried out by the European Union and Spain on refugees from 2015 to the present day; so that the reader has a basic knowledge that will help him/her to have a notion of this area and obtain the ability to draw their own conclusions about the management those public administrations are doing with refugees in Europe. The main objective is to describe the actions that justify the behaviour of both the European Union and Spain about refugees. After researching and compiling articles on this subject, a bibliographical review will be provided, together with the opinions of different authors specialising in this area, so that the reader can obtain a critical view of the management that is being carried out and all those proposals that would serve as a tool to improve the care of refugees, according to their criteria.
