Equinoteràpia com a mètode d'inclusió a Educació Primària

Abstract

[cat] Aquest treball pretén donar a conèixer els beneficis i les possibilitats que ens ofereix l’equinoteràpia i com, portant aquest tipus de teràpia a les aules, podrem arribar a aconseguir una educació inclusiva i per a tots. Es tracta d’un tipus de teràpia que utilitza als cavalls com a instrument terapèutic, el contacte amb aquests animals i l’entorn natural en què viuen amb la finalitat d’obtenir una rehabilitació completa dels participants. En aquest treball es fa una proposta didàctica que pretén ser aplicada a les aules d’Educació Primària i que està centrada principalment en el treball de les emocions i la participació activa dels alumnes amb trastorn de l’espectre autista (TEA) i amb paràlisi cerebral (PC). L’objectiu principal és conscienciar dels beneficis i possibilitats que proporciona la teràpia amb cavalls per potenciar l’educació emocional o per treballar amb alumnes NESE.

[eng] This work aims to raise awareness of the benefits and possibilities that equine therapy offers us and how, by bringing this type of therapy into the classroom, we can achieve an inclusive education for all. It is a kind of therapy that uses horses as a therapeutic tool, contact with these animals and with the natural environment in which they live to obtain a complete rehabilitation of the participants. This work makes a didactic proposal that is intended to be applied in Primary Education classrooms and it is mainly focused on the work of emotions and the active participation of students with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Cerebral Palsy (CP). The main objective is to raise awareness of the benefits and possibilities provided by therapy with horses to promote emotional education or to work with students with special educational needs.
