Conocimiento del medio natural y experiencias escolares en primaria

Abstract

[spa] Tras el debate social y educativo con la nueva Ley LOMLOE, en el que la escuela concertada y privada no acudió al debate de la primera ley de educación de Baleares. Se asegura que no es una ley consensuada entre las partes y que el Govern sólo informó de las enmiendas. En este trabajo se analiza la práctica educativa actual en 3 centros diferentes, un centro público, un concertado y un privado y se describe si es necesario realizar cambios para adecuarse a la ley o por el contrario ya cumplen los requisitos de la nueva ley. Se pretende aportar una perspectiva externa y conocer las metodologías, y si estas, depende del centro o del profesorado. Este trabajo también incluye propuestas de mejora para acercarse al marco legal vigente el curso próximo, 2023/24 en caso necesario. Ver las sinergias entre centros independientemente del tipo de subvención y profesorado, sus diferencias si las hubiera y que pueden aportar unas a otras y su beneficio.

[eng] After the social and educational debate with new law, LOMLOE, in which the charter and private school did not attend the first debate of the educational law of Baleares. It is assured that it is not a law agreed between the parties and that the Government only informed of the amendments. We will analyse the actual educational task of three different schools, a public school, a charter school and a private school and describes, if necessary, changes to adequate to the new law o if the requirements are achieved. We pretend to contribute an external view and know the different methodologies, and if they depend on the type of school or type of teachers. We will also include improvement proposals to get closer to the legal framework which will enter into force the next academic year, 2023/24, if necessary. See the synergies between centres independently their founds and different teachers, the differences, if there are and how it can benefit ones to the others.
