La utilització de les pauses actives a un centre escolar

Abstract

[cat] El present Treball de Fi de Grau té com a objectiu fonamental és donar a conèixer a determinats centres educatius d’Infantil i de Primària les pauses actives i convèncer als docents de tots els beneficis que aporten. En concret, es farà referència a l’etapa de Primària. Aquests centres estan ubicats a la Serra de Tramuntana, són centres costaners, d’una línia. Per tant, mitjançant entrevistes podré obtenir tota mena d’opinions sobre aquest concepte. A més podré treure quin percentatge de docents tenen presents els descansos actius i quants el duen a terme dins les seves aules. Amb això podré treure moltes conclusions sobre aquest tema. Una vegada s’han estudiat totes les respostes dels docents entrevistats, s’ha fet una discussió sobre la utilització de les pauses actives i, podem concloure que a conseqüència de la desconeixença d’aquests, la seva utilització és mínima. Així i tot, tots estan interessats amb el tema i en volen aprendre. Per això, s’ha fet un pla per a una futura intervenció per a un curs de Primària, a tercer al CEIP Es Puig, escola ubicada a la Vall de Sóller

[eng] The main objective of this Final Degree Thesis is to make certain Kindergarten and Primary schools aware of active breaks and to convince teachers of all the benefits they bring. Specifically, reference will be made to the Primary stage. These centers are located in the Serra de Tramuntana, they are coastal centers, on one line. Therefore, through interviews, I will be able to obtain all kinds of opinions about this concept. In addition, I will be able to find out what percentage of teachers are aware of active breaks and how many carry them out in their classrooms. With this, I will be able to draw many conclusions about this topic. Once all the answers of the teachers interviewed have been studied, a discussion has been held about the use of active breaks and, we can conclude that as a result of the ignorance of these, their use is minimal. However, they are all interested in the subject and want to learn about it. For this reason, a plan has been made for a future intervention for a primary, third year at the CEIP Es Puig, a school located in the Vall de Sóller.
