Capacidad de resiliencia en la mujer inmigrante y su fortalecimiento desde los servicios sociales

Abstract

[esp] El presente trabajo trata el tema de la resilienci a desde la perspectiva de género e inmigración y su relación con el Trabajo Social. En una primera parte, a partir de estudios existentes, se indaga sobre los factores de vulnerabilidad social y el impacto de la migración en la personas inmigrantes para ob servar las necesidades y características especiales que presenta la mujer en esta situación. En una segunda parte, se estudia el tema de la resiliencia según el género, destacando las capacidades y aspectos más importantes, así como los factores que interv ienen en su fortalecimiento, como por ejemplo, el papel que desempeñan las redes sociales durante el proceso migratorio. También , se describen los programas y recursos existentes, para atender a las necesidades que presenta el colectivo de mujer inmigran te desde el enfoque resiliente en les Illes Balears, tanto por parte de la administración, como por algunas entidades significativas del tercer sector. Y, finalmente, se hacen unas propuestas para aumentar los factores resilientes en las mujeres inmigran tes a través del profesional de l trabajo social. Con ello se pretende profundizar sobre la resiliencia y mujeres inmigrantes en el ámbito de Baleares y conocer su potencial para futuras aplicaciones dentro de los Servicios Sociales.

[eng] The current study is about the issue of the resilience from the point of view of genre and emigration and their relation with the Social Work. The first part enquires about the social vulnerability f actors and the impact of the migration on the immigrant persons in order to observe the needs and special characteristics that the woman shows in this situation. The second part is about the resilience determined by genre; highlight the most important abil ities, aspects such as factors that are involved in their strengthening. For example, the role of the social media in the migratory process. The third part contains the description of the programs and the existing resources to handle the requirements of th e immigrant women group from the resilient approach at the Balearic Islands, by both the administration and tertiary sector entities. Finally, the proposals are made with the aim of increasing the resilient factors on the immigrant woman through the social worker. The objective is to look into the resilience and to know its potential in order to future applications in Social Services.
