Què saben els adolescents de la Violència de Gènere? Proposta d'Intervenció des del Departament d'Orientació

[cat] El present Treball de Fi de Màster planteja com a objectiu principal conèixer quina és la percepció que tenen els adolescents respecte a la Violència de Gènere. En primer lloc, s'ha realitzat una conceptualització, a partir d'una revisió bibliogràfica d'articles, documents i lleis, sobre el terme violència de gènere a l’adolescència i diversos conceptes que l'engloben, entre els quals es troben micromasclismes, patriarcat o coeducació. Posteriorment, s’ha procedit a definir la proposta d’intervenció basada en quatre eixos principals: els resultats de la revisió bibliogràfica; l’anàlisi de diversos Programes Basats en l'Evidència sobre aquesta temàtica; la realitat en matèria d’intervenció preventiva a les Illes Balears i els resultats d’una enquesta prèviament realitzada a l'alumnat que cursa el primer any de Formació Professional Bàsica. Es precís mencionar que aquesta proposta inclou diferents sessions amb els seus respectius objectius, continguts i activitats determinat per tal d’aconseguir com objectiu final de que l’alumnat la identificació i actuació correcta i adequada per part dels adolescents davant una situació de violència de gènere o desigualtat. Finalment, cal destacar que en en tot moment la implicació es prioritza la implicació i participació dels diferents agents de la comunitat educativa i de caire específic el rol de l’orientador com a figura clau.

[eng] The main objective of this Master's Thesis is to know what is the perception that adolescents have regarding Gender Violence. In the first place, a conceptualization has been carried out, based on a bibliographic review of articles, documents and laws on the term gender violence and various concepts that encompass it, among which are gender microagressions, patriarchy or coeducation. Subsequently, the intervention proposal was defined based on four main axes: the results of the bibliographic review; the analysis of various Evidence-Based Programs on this topic; the reality in terms of preventive intervention in the Balearic Islands and the results of a survey previously carried out on students in the first year of Basic Vocational Training. It should be mentioned that this proposal includes different sessions with their respective objectives, contents and activities determined in order to achieve as the ultimate goal that students the correct and appropriate identification and action by adolescents in a situation of gender violence or inequality. Finally, it should be noted that at all times the involvement is prioritized the involvement and participation of the different agents of the educational community and specifically the role of the educational counselor as a key figure.
