Inclusió lingüística de l’alumne estranger a un institut públic

[cat] Arran de la globalització, afavorida per moviments migratoris internacionals, s’ha generat un creixement progressiu de la diversitat cultural a Espanya. En concret, de l’alumnat estranger a l’etapa d’ESO a les Illes Balears. Llavors, un dels problemes per a la inserció d’aquests estudiants al sistema educatiu i a la comunitat d’acollida és la comunicació. Doncs, per a que aquests alumnes accedeixin a la llengua vehicular a les Illes, la llengua catalana, existeix el programa PALIC, el qual no sol ser suficient per garantir l’acollida de l’alumne. D’aquesta forma, en aquest treball, a partir de l’anàlisi d’un institut concret de l’illa de Mallorca, es proposa el disseny i la creació d’una nova comissió al centre per millorar l’acollida i la inclusió dels alumnes d’incorporació tardana (IT); basant-se en una metodologia triangular, composada per un anàlisi documental, una matriu DAFO com a diagnòstic del institut i una entrevista a la docent responsable de PALIC al centre. Finalment, s’estableixen programes i protocols i mètriques d’avaluació de la comissió, per garantir processos de canvi i millora.

[eng] As a result of globalization, favoured by international migratory movements, a progressive growth of cultural diversity in Spain has been generated. Specifically, from foreign students to the ESO stage in the Balearic Islands. Then, one of the problems for the insertion of these students in the educational system and in the host, community is communication. In order for these students to access the vehicular language in the Islands, the Catalan language, there is the PALIC program, which is usually not enough to guarantee the reception of the student. Thus, in this work, based on the analysis of a specific institute on the island of Mallorca, it is proposed the design and creation of a new commission in the center to improve the reception and inclusion of late enrolment (IT) students; based on a triangular methodology, consisting of a documentary analysis, a SWOT matrix as a diagnosis of the institute and an interview with the teacher responsible for PALIC at the center. Finally, programs and protocols and evaluation metrics of the commission are established, in order to guarantee processes of change and improvement.
