Abstract

[spa] En el trabajo se realiza una evaluación de los valores, actitudes y motivaciones que las personas muestran en relación al cuidado del medio ambiente y de sus expectativas respecto a la resolución de la crisis medioambiental en la que estamos inmersos. Se ha buscado determinar el peso de las expectativas en la conducta sobre las metas y valores, haciendo uso de las teorías del goal-framing y de self-efficacy. Se postula la intervención de una situación de indefensión que supera las capacidades de la persona. Utilizando un cuestionario destinado a personas que viven en Mallorca para evaluar tanto las metas de las conductas como sus motivaciones, se valora el peso de la motivación y el lugar que ocupa la persona en la crisis medioambiental. Los resultados demuestran que la indefensión aprendida ante la actual situación influye en la percepción de autoeficacia de los participantes.

[eng] In this study, we carried out an assessment of people’s values, attitudes and motivations in relation to care for the environment and their expectations regarding the solution of the environmental crisis in which we are immersed. It has sought to determine the weight of expectations in the behaviour over the goals and values, making use of the theories of goal-framing and self-efficacy. It was hypothesized the intervention of a situation of helplessness that exceeds the capabilities of the person. Using a questionnaire aimed at people living in Mallorca to assess both their goals of the behaviours and their motivations, the motivation weight and the role played in the environmental crisis are also assessed. The results show that the learned helplessness influences the participants’ perception of self-efficacy.
