dc.description.abstract	[spa] En el siguiente estudio se realiza un análisis de la situación del teletrabajo, situación que ha aumentado a causa de la COVID-19, para conocer si hay una correcta conciliación del trabajo y la vida con esta modalidad de trabajo y si se escoge como método de conciliación, además de intentar conocer mejor cómo ha afectado la COVID-19 a la calidad del teletrabajo. Para ello, se ha realizado un cuestionario en el que han participado 94 personas que teletrabajan o han teletrabajado.	ca
