Alguns efectes de la realitat virtual en tractaments de psicologia clínica, una revisió sistemàtica

Abstract

[cat] La present revisió sistemàtica ha estat realitzada dins del marc de l'educació en l'àmbit clínic de la psicologia. Aquesta se centra en l'ús de la Realitat Virtual com a tècnica terapèutica i els seus possibles efectes en la pràctica clínica a psicologia. Les dades s’han recopilat des de la base de dades Web of Science usant les paraules clau: “Cybersickness”, “Virtual Reality”, “Psychology”, “Clinical” y “Therapy”. S'ha obtingut informació de 10 informes (articles i revisions), els quals aporten informació sobre els diferents efectes que té la realitat virtual en les persones a teràpia clínica. La mayor limitación de los estudios revisados es la falta de mas participantes y la necesidad de mayor investigación en el futuro para poder dar conclusiones precisas. En esta revisión se ha podido contemplar que la exposición mediante la técnica de la realidad virtual permite recrear espacios y situaciones que permiten explorar nuevas formas de aplicar algunos tratamientos, incluyendo los efectos positivos y adversos de algunas de estas investigaciones.

[eng] The present systematic review has been carried out within the framework of education in the clinical field of psychology. This one focuses on the use of Virtual Reality as a therapeutic technique and its possible effects in clinical practice in psychology. The data has been collected from the Web of Science database using the keywords: “Cybersickness”, “Virtual Reality”, “Psychology”, “Clinical” and “Therapy”. Information has been obtained from 10 reports (articles and reviews), which provide information on the different effects that virtual reality has on people undergoing clinical therapy. The major limitation of the reviewed studies is the lack of more participants and the need for more research in the future to be able to draw precise conclusions. In this review it has been possible to contemplate that the exhibition through the virtual reality technique allows to recreate spaces and situations that allow exploring new ways of applying some treatments, including the positive and adverse effects of some of these investigations.
