Evaluación de riesgos psicosociales en docentes de Educación Secundaria

Abstract

[spa] Los factores psicosociales son aquellas condiciones existentes en una situación laboral, relacionadas con la organización, el contenido del trabajo y la realización de la tarea. Estos factores pueden influir tanto en el bienestar o la salud (física, psíquica o social) del trabajador como en el desarrollo del trabajo (Martín y Pérez, 1997). Actualmente, en el contexto educativo, los índices de estrés laboral, agotamiento emocional y ansiedad han incrementado en el personal docente (Gil-Monte, 2012). El objetivo general del presente trabajo es evaluar los riesgos psicosociales en docentes de Educación Secundaria de un centro educativo situado en Jerez de la Frontera (Cádiz), con el fin de establecer las medidas preventivas necesarias para garantizar la salud de los trabajadores y, así, mejorar la satisfacción, la productividad y el buen funcionamiento del centro educativo.

[eng] Psychosocial factors are those conditions existing in a occupational situation, related to the organization, the content of the work and the performance of the task. These factors can influence both the well-being or health (physical, mental or social) of the worker and the performance of the work (Martín and Pérez, 1997). Currently, in the educational context, rates of work stress, emotional exhaustion and anxiety have increased in teaching staff (Gil-Monte, 2012). This project aims to evaluate the psychosocial risks in teachers of a High School located in Jerez de la Frontera (Cádiz), in order to propose the necessary preventive measures to guarantee the health of the workers and, thus, improve satisfaction, productivity and proper functioning of the school.
