Análisis de viabilidad de una inversión hotelera

[spa] El siguiente trabajo final de máster analiza desde una perspectiva financiera la rentabilidad que tiene un proyecto en el que se mejora la categoría de un hotel. Se estudian los cash flow que generaría el hotel, por una parte, siguiendo con la misma categoría actual, y por otra, aquellos que se obtendrían aumentándola. Por último, se utilizan varias técnicas y métodos de análisis para acabar decidiendo si realizar la inversión o no.

[eng] The following final master’s project analyzes from a financial perspective the profitability of a project in which the category of a hotel is improved. The cash flow that the hotel would generate is studied, on the one hand, continuing with the current category, and on the other, those that would be obtained by increasing the category. Finally, various techniques and analysis methods are used to end up deciding whether to make the investment or not.
