Análisis contable comparativo de NH Hotel Group y Choice Hotels international

[spa] El objetivo de este estudio es hacer un análisis económico-financiero individual de los tres últimos ejercicios de dos cadenas hoteleras cotizadas, con la finalidad de detectar si son rentables (crean valor) y solventes, comparándolas entre ellas y el sector llegando a unas conclusiones y recomendaciones para una gestión financiera eficiente. Las herramientas con las que se trabajará serán la cuenta de pérdidas y ganancias, el balance de situación, así como la memoria de ambos grupos. Las dos cadenas son de distintos países por lo que habrá limitaciones a la hora de homogeneizar las cuentas anuales y su posterior comparación.

[eng] The objective of this study is to carry out an individual economic-financial analysis of the last three years of two listed hotel chains, in order to detect whether they are profitable (create value) and solvent, comparing them between them and the sector, reaching conclusions and recommendations for efficient financial management. The tools that will be used will be the profit and loss account, the balance sheet, as well as the memory of both groups. The two chains are from different countries so there will be limitations when it comes to homogenizing the annual accounts and their subsequent comparison.
