Pla d'acollida per a noves incorporacions en el DOIP

Abstract

[cat] Començar en un nou lloc de treball o iniciar-se en el mercat laboral esdevé una de les etapes més complexes en l’àmbit professional. És per aquest motiu que cal conèixer el funcionament d’aquest mercat, com també els aspectes més rellevants del procés de socialització organitzativa. D’aquesta manera, les empreses podran establir estratègies que facilitin tant l’esmentat procés com l’adaptació del nou personal. La finalitat d’aquest treball és elaborar i implementar un pla d’acollida a partir de la revisió bibliogràfica realitzada, que faciliti i millori la incorporació de nous actius a la plantilla laboral o de personal en pràctiques en el DOIP.

[eng] Starting a new job or getting started in the labour market is one of the most challenging stages when it comes to professional development. Therefore, understanding the way this market functions is imperative, as it is the need of understanding which the most relevant aspects of the organizational socialization process are. In this way, companies will be able to establish different strategies to facilitate this process and, consequently, the adaptation of the new personal resources. The purpose of this work is to design and implement an onboarding plan, based on the literature reviewed, in order to facilitate and improve the incorporation of new assets either as new members of staff or as DOIP internship members.
