Análisis de viabilidad financiera de un proyecto de turismo náutico

[spa] Este trabajo tiene como objetivo principal crear un plan de negocio sobre una empresa de turismo náutico. Se analizará la viabilidad del proyecto, y de esta manera, podremos determinar la rentabilidad que puede ofrecer. Para ello, se estudiará el entorno donde se desarrolla la actividad, en este caso en Mallorca, además se analizará la inversión inicial, los ingresos esperados, así como también los gastos. De esta manera podremos conocer la viabilidad y rentabilidad del proyecto, calculando el VAN, TIR y Payback para determinar la rentabilidad del proyecto, y si debe llevarse a cabo. Por último, después de realizar los análisis mencionados anteriormente, se crearán dos escenarios posibles (optimista y pesimista), así se podrán evaluar los riesgos que conlleva poner en marcha este proyecto.

[eng] The main objective of this project is to create a business plan for a nautical tourism company. The viability of the project will be analyzed, in order to determine the profitability it can offer. To do this, we will study the environment where the activity is carried out, in this case in Mallorca, and we will also analyze the initial investment, the expected income, as well as the expenses. In this way we will be able to know the viability and profitability of the project, calculating the NPV, IRR and Payback to determine the profitability of the project, and whether it should be developed. Finally, after carrying out the analyses mentioned above, two possible scenarios (optimistic and pessimistic) will be created, so that the risks involved in implementing this project can be assessed.
