Análisis económico-financiero de DIA retail España S.A. y Eroski S.C.

Abstract

[spa] El objeto del presente trabajo consiste en realizar un análisis económico-financiero de las empresas DIA retail España S.A. y Eroski S.C. del periodo correspondiente a los ejercicios 2019, 2020 y 2021. Para dicho análisis se ha realizado un análisis del entorno y del sector, así como una breve descripción de ambas compañías. Inicialmente el análisis se enfocará de manera individual, para posteriormente realizar una análisis comparativo entre las dos empresas con los resultados obtenidos. Este análisis se basará en los estados financieros de cada empresa, a partir de los cuales se analizarán los balances de situación y las cuentas de resultados mediante el cálculo y la interpretación de sus porcentajes horizontales y verticales, así como también los ratios financieros. Finalmente, en base a estos datos y los resultados obtenidos, se expondrán las conclusiones.

[eng] The purpose of this work is to carry out an economic and financial analysis of the companies DIA retail Spain S.A. and Eroski S.C. for the period corresponding to fiscal years 2019, 2020 and 2021. For this analysis, an analysis of the environment and the sector has been carried out, as well as a brief description of both companies. Initially, the analysis will be focused on an individual basis, to later carry out a comparative analysis between the two companies with the results obtained. This analysis will be based on the financial statements of each company, from which the balance sheets and income statements will be analyzed by calculating and interpreting their horizontal and vertical percentages, as well as the financial ratios. Finally, based on these data and the results obtained, conclusions will be drawn.
