Plan de marketing y viabilidad de un proyecto empresarial turístico (PMS)

[spa] La propuesta que se realiza en este trabajo es el análisis de los PMS hoteleros (Property Management System), mediante una encuesta a los estudiantes de Turismo y el doble grado de Administración y dirección de empresas y Turismo la Universidad de las Islas Baleares. Mediante estos cuestionarios se pretende observar diferentes aspectos y la utilidad de estos, valorando que es lo que más gusta y disgusta a los usuarios y qué cambiarían o mejorarían. También se analiza la historia y la implantación en los mercados de los sistemas de gestión

[eng] The proposal made in this work is the analysis of the hotel PMS (Property Management System), through a survey to students of Tourism and the double degree of Business Administration and Management and Tourism at the University of the Balearic Islands. The aim of these questionnaires is to observe different aspects and their usefulness, assessing what users like and dislike the most and what they would change or improve. The history and market implementation of management systems is also analyzed.
