Los flujos migratorios y el mercado laboral español: la reforma del reglamento de extranjería

[spa] Cuando se aplica una reforma de ley o de reglamento del calado de la nueva reforma del reglamento de extranjería, o se establece una nueva, cabe preguntarse cuáles son los objetivos y cuál es la raíz del problema para poder analizarla. En este trabajo se pretenderá, por tanto, analizar la idoneidad de la reforma nombrada y de la alimentación de corrientes migratorias ya existentes, a través de la literatura económica relacionada con los flujos migratorios y el mercado laboral. En el estudio de esta podremos encontrar paradojas en su relación con la realidad y una falta de sustentación empírica. Dichas paradojas nos pueden llevar a pensar que la aplicación de estas políticas pueden tener la base en una conveniencia económica y en el sostenimiento del ya viciado y del sabidamente fallido mercado laboral español.

[eng] When a reform of the law or regulation of the magnitude of the new reform of the regulation of aliens is applied, or a new one is established, it is worth asking what the objectives are and what is the root of the problem in order to be able to analyze it. This paper will therefore aim to analyze the suitability of the aforementioned reform and the feeding of existing migratory flows, through the economic literature related to migratory flows and the labor market. In the study of this we can find paradoxes in its relationship with reality and a lack of empirical support. These paradoxes can lead us to think that the application of these policies can be based on an economic agreement and on the maintenance of the already flawed and knowingly failed Spanish labor market.
