Análisis económico-financiero de dos empresas: NH Hotel Group SA y RIU Hotels SA

[spa] En este Trabajo de Fin de Grado se van a analizar financieramente NH Hotel Group y RIU Hotels mediante un análisis del balance de situación, las cuentas de pérdidas y ganancias y los ratios financieros de ambas en los períodos 2020 y 2021. El objetivo es conocer su situación en ambos momentos y poder realizar una comparativa de dos empresas pertenecientes al mismo sector. Se va a observar que el momento del tiempo elegido para el análisis influirá en la situación de las empresas, debido a la pandemia del Covid-19 y sus consecuencias. Se concluye que ambas empresas se organizaron y padecieron estos períodos de manera distinta, pero sí fueron marcadas ambas en 2020 en términos de rentabilidad y endeudamiento.

[eng] In this Final Degree Project, NH Hotel Group and RIU Hotels will be financially analyzed through an analysis of the balance sheet, the profit and loss accounts and the financial ratios of both in the periods 2020 and 2021. The objective is to know their situation at both times and to be able to make a comparison between two companies belonging to the same sector. It will be observed that the time chosen for the analysis will influence the situation of the companies, due to the Covid-19 pandemic and its consequences. It is concluded that both companies were organized and suffered these periods differently, but both were marked in 2020 in terms of profitability and indebtedness.
