Evaluación integral de un proyecto empresarial

[spa] Este proyecto consiste en analizar y estudiar la viabilidad de un proyecto empresarial. Concretamente, el proyecto se centra en la apertura de un pequeño gimnasio local, situado en la zona de Magaluf (Mallorca). Para finalizar el trabajo, se hará un estudio de viabilidad financiera, su rentabilidad juntamente con una conclusión sobre si el proyecto tiene buena viabilidad y por lo tanto podría llevarse a cabo o si, por el contrario, el estudio ha indicado que no sería viable.

[eng] This project consists of analyzing and studying the feasibility of a business project. Specifically, the project focuses on the opening of a small local gym, located in the area of Magaluf (Mallorca). To finalize the work, a financial feasibility study will be made, its profitability together with a conclusion on whether the project has good viability and therefore could be carried out or if, on the contrary, the study has indicated that it would not be viable.
