Revisión de las nuevas formas de empleo a nivel global

Abstract

[spa] Las nuevas tecnologías han revolucionado, en cierto modo, la manera de trabajar de gran parte de la fuerza laboral. Por ello, a través de esta revisión bibliográfica, se ha llevado a cabo un análisis de las nuevas formas de empleo que están adquiriendo un mayor protagonismo en el actual mercado de trabajo a escala global. La presente revisión parte desde un enfoque general, dando una pincelada sobre la evolución en la manera de trabajar, a uno más preciso, centrándose en las nuevas formas de empleo. Principalmente, se examinan los siguientes términos: teletrabajo, coworking y freelance, ya que éstos representan en gran medida las nuevas modalidades que empresas y trabajadores están incorporando progresivamente a la hora de realizar sus tareas. Asimismo, se estudia si estos nuevos tipos de trabajo ofrecen un efecto positivo sobre el bienestar de las personas que los adoptan. Por último, se expone una reflexión personal acerca de la relación entre los anteriores objetos de estudio sometidos a revisión. De esta manera, este trabajo trata de actualizar y dar a conocer las nuevas formas de trabajo, las cuales redefinirán el marco laboral actual y futuro.

[eng] New technologies have, to a certain extent, revolutionized the way a large part of the workforce works. Therefore, through this bibliographic review, it has been carried out an analysis of the new forms of employment that are acquiring a greater role in the current labor market on a global scale. This review starts from a general approach, giving a brief comment on the evolution in the way of working, to a more precise one, focusing on the new forms of employment. Mainly, the following terms are examined: teleworking, coworking and freelance, since these represent to a large extent the new modalities that companies and workers are progressively incorporating when performing their tasks. Likewise, it is studied whether these new types of work have a positive effect on the well-being of the people who adopt them. Finally, it is presented a personal reflection on the relationship between the previous objects of study submitted to review. In this way, this final degree project tries to update and publicize the new forms of work, which will redefine the current and future work framework.
