dc.description.abstract	[eng] This essay is about doing outsourcing as a strategy for a company, taking a deep view of the idea of outsourcing that has been change at the sime time as the idea of a succesful company. The document will try to explain what outsourcing is and why and how companies use them to get better performances. It will also take a look to the advantages and disadvantages of the process as the risks to consider when planning to do outsourcing too. It will be a real case also to show the theory explained along the document and how a company manages to outsource some of its activities in order to be more competitive in the market.	en
