Plan estratégico de la Liga Nacional de Fútbol Profesional

Abstract

[eng] The objective of this work is to analyze the strategic plan carried out by LaLiga since 2013 with the arrival of Javier Tebas to the presidency. The economic control that is carried out by the clubs with the aim of avoiding situations of the past, the sale of the audiovisual rights that has become the main source of income for the clubs and LaLiga Impulso through the agreement with the CVC fund, the internalization strategy that it carries out together with the clubs to grow as a brand and, finally, the technological leadership that it demonstrates with the use of state-of-the-art tools. In addition, the calculation of the cost limit of sports staff and the amortization of the players is explained.

[spa] El objetivo de este trabajo es analizar el plan estratégico que lleva a cabo LaLiga desde el año 2013 con la llegada de Javier Tebas a la presidencia. El control económico que se realiza hacía los clubes con el objetivo de evitar situaciones del pasado, la venta de los derechos audiovisuales que se ha convertido en la principal fuente de ingresos de los clubes y LaLiga Impulso a través del acuerdo con el fondo CVC, la estrategia de internalización que realiza junto a los clubes para crecer como marca y, por último, el liderazgo tecnológico que demuestra con el uso de herramientas de última generación. Además, se explica el cálculo del límite de coste plantilla deportiva y la amortización de los jugadores.
