Plan de estudio y viabilidad de una correduria de seguros especializada en embarcaciones de recreo

Abstract

[spa] En este trabajo realizaremos un plan de viabilidad para la puesta en marcha de una correduría de seguros especializada en embarcaciones de recreo en Palma. Una vez obtenidos los resultados del plan de viabilidad, nos centraremos en la posibilidad de abrir nuevas oficinas de la compañía en otras ciudades costeras. Realizaremos un estudio de mercado, un análisis DAFO y un análisis del mobiliario a utilizar, si necesitamos un mercado grande, las posibilidades de encontrar ayudas fiscales etc. Después realizaremos un análisis financiero para ver la viabilidad del negocio y un plan de marketing para atraer a nuestros clientes.

[eng] In this work we will carry out a feasibility plan for the start-up of a recreational boat insurance brokerage in Palma de Mallorca. Once the monetary results have been obtained, we will concentrate on the possibility of opening new branches of the company in other coastal cities. As for the area, it must be the right one to attract both Mallorcans and any traveller, so we decided to find it in the nerve centre of Palma de Mallorca, for which we will carry out a market study, a SWOT analysis and an analysis of the furniture to be used, whether we need a large or small market, the possibilities of finding fiscal aid, etc. Then we will carry out a financial analysis to see the viability of the business and a marketing plan to attract our clients.
