La fiscalidad en el deporte profesional

[spa] El deporte se ha convertido en un sector con gran relevancia en la sociedad. En este trabajo se analiza la relación que hay entre deporte y fiscalidad y en consecuencia las obligaciones tributarias de los sujetos que participan en él. En un primer lugar, se estudian los tipos de entidades deportivas que hay, como se organizan, los compromisos que presentan y cómo tributan por el Impuesto sobre Sociedades. Seguidamente, se analizarán a los deportistas como personas físicas, fijándonos en la tributación a través del Impuesto sobre la Renta de las Personas Físicas. Finalmente, detallaremos la relación del deporte con el IVA, además, se verán otros Impuestos que tienen menor importancia en este mundo.

[eng] Sport has become a sector with great relevance in society. This paper analyzes the relationship between sport and taxation and consequently the tax obligations of the subjects that participate in it. In the first place, the types of sports entities that exist, how they are organized, the commitments they present and how they are taxed by the Corporation Tax are studied. Next, athletes will be analyzed as natural persons, focusing on taxation through the Personal Income Tax. Finally, we will detail the relationship of sport with VAT, in addition, other Taxes that are less important in this world will be seen.
