Indicadores para evaluar la gestión de las ONG

Abstract

[spa] Las ONG son un tipo de entidad no lucrativa. De suma relevancia y con una larga historia a sus espaldas, son organizaciones no exentas de competitividad que, por su idiosincrasia, necesitan de una gestión integral adaptada a sus necesidades. Este trabajo académico busca adentrarse en el sector de las ONG y las especificidades de su administración para, posteriormente, plantear una serie de indicadores que ejerzan de mecanismo para evaluar la gestión de las esferas más importantes de las mismas. Concretamente, respecto a los pilares de la organización, hemos abordado la gestión de los recursos financieros, los recursos humanos, la imagen y comunicación y la estructura organizativa.

[eng] NGOs are a type of non-profit organitzation. Of utmost relevance and with a long history behind them, they are organizations that are not exempt from competitiveness that, due to their idiosyncrasies, need a comprehensive management adapted to their needs. This academic work seeks to delve into the NGO sector and the specificities of its administration to, later, propose a series of indicators that act as a mechanism to evaluate the management of its most important spheres. Precisely, regarding the pillars of the organization, we have addressed the management of financial resources, human resources, image and communication and the organizational structure.
