Pla d’Igualtat i Coeducació adreçat al Col·legi Sant Vicenç de Paül – La Soledat

Abstract

[cat] La coeducació, entesa com l’acció educativa per a la consecució de la igualtat de gènere al context escolar, resulta una de les exigències de la nova llei educativa estatal, la LOMLOE. Al seu voltant giren termes tals com el gènere, la sexualitat, el respecte a la diversitat i la no-discriminació. Acomplint amb l’esmentada normativa, l’objectiu del present treball es basa en oferir al col·legi Sant Vicenç de Paül de La Soledat, mitjançant la proposta d’un Pla d’Igualtat i Coeducació, tot un seguit de pautes i recursos que afavoreixin que les aules i el pati siguin espais segurs, on es posi fi als conflictes de manera assertiva. Llocs on les nenes no abracin la submissió per imposició, on els nens puguin expressar les seves emocions amb llibertat, on els oficis i tasques no tinguin gènere assignat, on l’infant pugui ser qui és.

[eng] Coeducation, understood as the educational action to achieve gender equality in the school context, becomes one of the requirements of the new Spanish education law, the LOMLOE. Terms of gender, sexuality, respect for diversity, and non-discrimination revolve around it. In compliance with the aforementioned legislation, the aim of this work is based on offering to the Sant Vicenç de Paül - La Soledat school, by means of an equality and coeducation plan, a series of guidelines and resources which favor that classrooms and playgrounds are safe spaces, where conflicts can be resolved in an assertive way. Places in which girls do not embrace submission by imposition, where boys can express their emotions freely, where jobs and tasks are not gendered, where children can be who they are.
