Impacte del lideratge educatiu a un centre de secundària

[cat] El lideratge és un concepte a destacar en molt d'àmbits, ja que és bastant necessari que hi hagi un líder per tal de gestionar de la millora manera un equip de feina. Concretament en l'àmbit educatiu, és indispensable que l'equip directiu pugui dur a terme un lideratge efectiu, perquè aquest funcioni d'una manera fluida. És destacable que el lideratge de l'equip directiu ha de donar suport als docents, perquè aquests es puguin sentir recolzats i en el cas de tenir una necessitat sigui resolta des d'una perspectiva inclusiva i amb col·laboració. Aquesta recerca s’ha dut a terme des d’una metodologia qualitativa, realitzant entrevistes a diferents docents de diversos departaments. A més, s'ha de tenir en compte que un lideratge efectiu suposa un impacte indirecte en l'aprenentatge de l'alumnat, així doncs, el professorat s'ha de sentir còmode dins el centre per així poder donar unes hores lectives beneficioses. Sobretot, el més important d'un lideratge, és que no sigui autoritari, ja que aquest fet podria dificultar la col·laboració entre equip directiu i equip docent, així que el lideratge hauria de ser un lideratge basat en la col·laboració, empatia i que mostrin una coherència amb la presa de decisions.

Specifically in the educationalfield, it is essential that themanagementteam can carry out effective leadership, sothat it works in a fluid way. It is noteworthythat theleadership of the managementteam must support teachers, so that theycan feel supported and in the case ofhavinga need it is resolved from an inclusiveperspective and with collaboration. Thisresearch has been carriedout from aqualitative methodology, conductinginterviews with different teachers fromvarious departments. In addition, it must be taken into accountthat effective leadership supposes anindirect impact on the learning ofthestudents, therefore, the teaching staff mustfeel comfortable within the center in orderto be able to givebeneficial teaching hours. Above all, the most important thing aboutleadership is that it is not authoritarian, since this fact could hinder collaborationbetween management team and teachingstaff, so leadership shouldbe leadershipbased on collaboration, empathy and thatshow coherence with decision-making.
