[spa] La reforma promulgada mediante el RDL 32/2021, de 28 de diciembre, de medidas urgentes para la reforma laboral, la garantía de la estabilidad en el empleo y la transformación del mercado de trabajo introduce cambios substanciales en el ámbito de contratación. El propósito fundamental de tales modificaciones es mitigar la utilización abusiva e injustificada de los contratos temporales, con el consecuente deseo de reducir la elevada tasa de temporalidad existe hasta su entrada en vigor. Con la nueva redacción del art. 15 del ET, se establece una presunción de contratación por tiempo indefinido y se procede a la limitación de las modalidades permitidas en el ámbito de contratación temporal.

[eng] The reform enacted by RDL 32/2021, of December 28, of urgent measures for labor reform, the guarantee of employment stability and the transformation of the labor market, introduces substantial changes in the area of hiring. The main purpose of these amendments is to mitigate the abusive and unjustified use of temporary contracts, with the consequent desire to reduce the high rate of temporary contracts existing until its entry into force. With the new wording of Art. 15 of the ET, a presumption of hiring for an indefinite term is established and the modalities permitted in the area of temporary hiring ara limited.
