Envejecer con dignidad. Cartera de servicios ofrecidos para las personas mayores

Abstract

[spa] Este tema ha sido escogido a raíz de una necesidad, que parte de la importancia de conocer en qué situación se encuentra el colectivo de gente mayor. Las distintas problemáticas a la cuáles deben de hacer frente, no solo con la COVID-19 y sus diversas consecuencias, pero sí evidencias a partir de la epidemia, ha supuesto un antes y un después para las personas mayores, favoreciendo una situación que se ha ido agravando con el tiempo, poniendo el foco en ellos y cómo ha evolucionado su situación post-pandemia. Mediante este trabajo y con la búsqueda y recopilación de información, pretendo presentar y dar visibilidad a las situaciones a que se enfrentan el colectivo de la gente mayor, siendo este una gran fuente de conocimiento y sabiduría debido a sus experiencias. Propongo un planteamiento teórico, basado en la búsqueda de estudios, artículos y otro tipo de documentación, aplicado a un estudio cualitativo sobre el conocimiento y la percepción de los profesionales a través de la realización de entrevistas a diferentes expertos de la Cruz Roja en el área de Personas Mayores, a cuidadores y en la residencia de Son Oms.

[eng] This topic has been chosen as a result of a need, which is based on the importance of knowing the situation of the elderly. The different problems to which they must face, not only with the COVID-19 and its various consequences, but evidence from the epidemic, has meant a before and after for the elderly, favoring a situation that has worsened over time, putting the focus on them and how their post-pandemic situation has evolved. Through this work and with the search and collection of information, I intend to present and give visibility to the situations faced by the collective of the elderly, being this a great source of knowledge and wisdom due to their experiences. I propose a theoretical approach, based on the search for studies, articles and other documentation, applied to a qualitative study on the knowledge and perception of professionals through interviews with different experts of the Red Cross in the area of the elderly, caregivers and in the residence of Son Oms.
