La realitat sociolaboral de les persones amb diversitat funcional

Abstract

[cat] Aquest treball recull i ofereix una visualització de la realitat sociolaboral de les persones amb diversitat funcional. S’estudiaran els nivells d’assoliment d’aquesta inclusió a Espanya. Demostrant així que el fet de patir diversitat funcional implica un factor de risc elevat de sofrir exclusió social i laboral a Espanya. També es cercarà la relació entre la posada en marxa de diferents estratègies per superar les dificultats d’inserció que presenten les persones amb diversitat funcional amb la millora, o no, i els resultats estadístics sobre inserció que ens proporciona l’INE (Institut Nacional d’Estadística).

[eng] This work attempts to collect and offer an analysis of the socio-occupational reality for people with functional diversity. It will study the levels of assimilation and inclusion by which people with functional diversity are integrated in the workplace here in Spain. Thus showing how having a functional diversity is related to a high risk factor of suffering a social and occupational exclusion in Spain. A relationship will also be sought between the implementation of different strategies to overcome the difficulties of insertion of people with functional diversity within the workplace and an analysis of the improvement or lack thereof with the statistics provided by the INE.
