Abstract

[cat] Les famílies són personatges clau en el desenvolupament dels seus fills. Sobretot pels fills que presenten Necessitats Educatives Especials (NEE); ja que són els encarregats de donar suport, de defensar els seus drets, de participar en el seu aprenentatge… En els darrers últims anys, les investigacions i intervencions realitzades tenen com figura principal l’alumne. Deixant en segon lloc a la família. Així doncs, aquest Treball de Fi de Grau (TFG), cerca donar veu a les necessitats dels familiars dels alumnes NEE a partir d’una investigació qualitativa, sent l’entrevista l’eina principal. La investigació es va dur a terme durant el mes d’abril a quatre mares i a un germà. Les entrevistades tenen entre 42 i 57 anys, i el germà 21 anys. A més, tots viuen en les Illes Balears, més concretament a l’illa de Mallorca (Palma). Gràcies a aquesta investigació, es va descobrir necessitats i problemàtiques comunes entre tots els entrevistats, com ara la manca de suport per part de l’escola, emocions negatives, grans inversions econòmiques… Per donar resposta a aquestes necessitats tant l’escola com altres institucions públiques haurien de facilitar la disponibilitat dels recursos i millorar la relació amb la família afavorint així als familiars i com a resultat d'això, a l’alumne amb Necessitats Educatives Especials (NEE).

Especially for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), as they are responsible for providing support, defending their rights, participating in their learning... Therefore, this Final Year Thesis (TFG), aims to show the needs of the family members of SEN students from qualitative research, being the interview the main tool. The research was carried out during the month of April with four mothers and one sibling. The interviewees are between 42 and 57 years old, and the sibling is 21 years old. Moreover, all of them live in the Balearic Islands, more specifically on the island of Mallorca (Palma). Thanks to this research, we discovered common needs and problems among all the interviewees, such as the lack of support from the school, negative emotions, large economic investments... In order to respond to these needs, both the school and other public institutions should facilitate the availability of resources and improve the relationship with the family, thus favoring the families and, as a result, the student with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
