Sensibilització sobre la menstruació a l’educació primària

Abstract

[cat] El present Treball de Fi de Grau desenvolupa una investigació empírica a partir de dades de primera mà. En aquesta, es tracta la problemàtica de la desconeixença i falta de preparació que presenta l’alumnat d’Educació Primària envers la menstruació, per tant, la pobresa menstrual de l’alumnat. D’aquesta manera, l’objectiu principal que es planteja la investigació és descriure el coneixement que té l’alumnat de tercer cicle sobre la menstruació. En aquest sentit, la hipòtesi inicial és que aquest presenta una evident desinformació sobre aquesta temàtica. Per a l’assoliment dels objectius i la comprovació de la hipòtesi, es duu a terme un estudi de cas a un centre educatiu, en el qual s’aplica un qüestionari per, posteriorment, analitzar les respostes obtingudes amb aquest instrument. Aquest és un qüestionari que ha hagut de ser adaptat per a poder ser utilitzat amb els propòsits d’aquesta investigació. En aquest sentit, els resultats recol·lectats confirmen la hipòtesi plantejada. Per aquest mateix motiu, es presenta una proposta de millora per a minimitzar el desconeixement de l’alumnat en relació amb la menstruació partint de la sensibilització sobre el concepte. En aquesta, es mostren diferents projectes educatius sobre la menstruació, el desenvolupament de xerrades entre iguals o la creació d’una biblioteca d’aula o de centre.

[eng] This document develops an empirical research using firsthand data. On it, the problem of the lack of preparation and lack of knowledge presented by students of Primary Education towards menstruation is discussed, therefore, the menstrual poverty of students. In this way, the main objective of research is to describe the knowledge of third-cycle students about menstruation. In this regard, the initial hypothesis is that the latter presents a clear lack of information on this subject. For the achievement of the objectives and the testing of the hypothesis, a case study is carried out at an educational center, in which a questionnaire is applied to analyze the responses obtained with this instrument. This is a questionnaire that has had to be adapted to be used for the purposes of this investigation. In this respect, the results obtained confirm the hypothesis put forward. For the same reason, a proposal for improvement is being put forward to minimize the lack of knowledge of students in relation to menstruation, starting with awareness of the concept. This shows some different educational projects on menstruation, the development of peer talks or the creation of a classroom or center library.
