Programes eficaços per a la prevenció del suïcidi en infants i adolescents aplicats en centres educatius i com s’aborda el problema a les Illes Balears

[cat] El propòsit general d’aquesta revisió sistemàtica, consisteix en analitzar les mesures o els programes de prevenció universal amb validesa científica adoptats a l'àmbit escolar per prevenir idees o accions suïcides en infants i adolescents. Els programes seleccionats i descrits són Good Behavior Game (GBG), Sources of Strength, Youth Aware of Mental health (YAM) i Signs of Suicide (SOS). A més, s’ha fet selecció de dos programes de prevenció selectiva i indicada per reforçar la importància de la multimodalitat de la prevenció d’aquest greu problema. D’altra banda, s’ha considerat oportú reflectir de quina manera s’aborda la prevenció del suïcidi infantojuvenil a les Illes Balears i es fa menció d’una sèrie de recursos que s’ofereixen en l’actualitat. Aquest treball pretén ser d’utilitat com a recurs en cas que es vulgui implementar un programa de prevenció als centres educatius o com a eina informativa.

[eng] The general purpose of this systematic review is to analyze universal prevention measures or programs with scientific validity adopted in the school environment to prevent suicidal ideas or actions in children and adolescents. Selected and described programs include Good Behavior Game (GBG), Sources of Strength, Youth Aware of Mental Health (YAM), and Signs of Suicide (SOS). In addition, two selective and indicated prevention programs have been selected to reinforce the importance of multimodality in preventing this serious problem. Furthermore, it has been considered appropriate to reflect on how the prevention of youth suicide is dealt with in the Balearic Islands and also to mention some resources currently on offer. This work is intended to be useful as a resource if a prevention program is to be implemented in schools or as an information tool on the topic.
