Racisme i vulneracions de drets a les persones migrades i/o racialitzades a l'Estat espanyol: vivències i propostes

Abstract

[cat] Existeixen quantitat de normatives a nivell internacional, nacional i local en contra de la discriminació, però les polítiques migratòries les respecten? La present investigació ofereix una fotografia de les conseqüències que tenen aquestes, juntament amb el racisme institucional i social que pateixen les persones migrades i/o racialitzades. El racisme és quelcom estructural? S’indagaran aquestes dues qüestions profunditzant en les barreres que es troben una vegada situades a l’Estat espanyol, definint quina és l’estructura que legitima les vulneracions de drets. Les veus de les persones migrades i/o racialitzades es posaran al centre d’aquest estudi ja que la seva percepció és indispensable, sense el relat de les seves vivències seria impossible saber en quines àrees es veuen afectades i els efectes que tenen en les seves trajectòries.

[eng] There are many regulations at international, national and local level against discrimination, but do migration policies respect them? The present research offers a picture of the consequences of these, together with the institutional and social racism that migrated people suffer. Is racism something structural? These two questions will be investigated by delving into the barriers that we find once located in the Spanish State, defining what is the structure that legitimizes rights violations. The voices of migrated people will be at the center of this study since their perception is indispensable, without the reading of their experiences it would be impossible to know in which areas they are affected and the effects they have on their trajectories.
